Great place to start
We arrived at the Ruby Valley Inn and were greeted by its charming host, Nondi, who welcomed us warmly. We admired the wonderful décor throughout the downstairs - be sure to notice the extraordinary rack over her fireplace. Huge antlers! The indoor dining area is large and inviting and has a one-of-a-kind wrought iron light fixture Nondi had designed for that space. We stayed in a lovely bedroom. Light and airy and very comfortable. We had a great dinner in nearby Alder at Chick's and the next morning had a delicious breakfast. Besides the strong rich coffee she brews, Nondi cooks amazing breakfast dishes. We spent a wonderful morning enjoying her cooking and chatting with her before we were on our way. This is a charming, unique and very affordable B & B and we highly recommend the Ruby Valley Inn!
